Was a short interview with a girl who looked like she was fairly new herself. She was real nice however then she told me it was a canvassing job in disguise. By this I mean they say you will be meeting with "Company owners and CEOs"--what they really mean is you walking up to their company asking to speak with the owner to peddle some stuff. No thanks!

1st Interview - They only discuss what the role of the account manager is. Pay Scale is not discussed. Note, this is advertised as a salary position. 2nd Interview, they have you come to the main office to 'shadow' a senior account manager. You meet the senior account manager then they give you an address to a supermarket and have you drive out to meet them there. They set up a small table and explain in detail what the account manager responsibilities are and explains the pyramid pay scale. Yes, pyramid, you must obtain signed applications by the public in order to get paid. The more applications you get people to sign, the more $ you earn and the faster you move up. Kind of ridiculous. They really should explain the pay scale in the 1st interview rather than waste peoples day and time. No wonder they're all really young.
