The application process could have been easier, but I was very interested in learning more about the job so I spent the hour to fill out. I had a very good phone screen with a nice gentlemen from Wisconsin and was very excited to have a conference call with his boss - the hiring manager. The call was set up, and well this guy was so rude and ignorant during the conversation that i finally said listen i do not thing i am good fit for this job and told him basically to have a nice day.
