Attended a 30min call for a pre-interview: The interviewer was late to the call and unprepared. They wasted time searching for a presentation and in the process showed me the candidates they had lined up for interview that day on screen. They spent five of the 30 minutes showing me a rebrand video on the website. The questions were irrelevant to the job description (or what I understood the job to be). There was something strange, I asked some typical questions about the role and was met with rather aggressive and hostile responses. It then came out that there were some "lies by omission" and the role was not entirely as advertised. I withdrew my application after the call.
