I applied online. I received a form email from their internal recruiter. I responded that same day, answering all questions. I have followed up and have not heard back from anyone in weeks. If company culture is important to you as a job seeker, stay away from places like this that ghost candidates. They are not going to treat you any better as an employee, when they have their claws in you, than as they treat you when they are trying to attract candidates.
