I applied online for the customer service position, 3-4 days later I got an email to do some type of online assessment, but after checking the pay, they only offer $14/hour for an experienced and bilingual customer service, I sent an email back saying I was not interested anymore, they sent another invitation and finally called me. I told them again the pay was too little for what the kind of employee they want. Then they sent an email saying, "Hello name, We want to thank you for your interest in TELUS Digital and for applying to one of our open opportunities. Unfortunately, after careful consideration and review, we are writing to inform you that your application was unsuccessful at this time. They invited me f9r an assessment and interview, whn I arrived they called me and asked me about my work experience. Then they told me that's all they will be intouch with me for feedback. I've never heard from them since then.
