After about a week I was invited to complete a written screen with about 15 - 20 questions. A few days later I was invited to schedule a 15m screen with HR. I love how TDS sends text messages throughout the process. Few days after that I was scheduled to meet the hiring manager. Both the talent recruiter and hiring manager were extremely nice. The process moves very smoothly and they follow exactly when they say they will. Since most of the roles are customer facing a lot of questions are geared around customer interactions. Also, I could tell the hiring manager loved her job and love working for the company. Which are all pluses for me. Waiting to hear back on an offer or if they decided to go with another candidate. All in all this was a very enjoyable process.
