The interview process consisted of submitting my resume and cover letter. They then contacted me by email to schedule an initial phone interview with someone from HR. The HR interview consisted of both general and behavioral questions that were all pretty straight forward. About a week later I got an email requesting an in person interview. I scheduled that interview for the following week. The in person interview was with a hiring manager and an IT manager and was about half behavioral questions and half technical questions. The following week I got a call offering me the position pending a background check and drug test.
