The interview was separated into 3 parts. The first one was brief, just to get a feel for you. The second interview was when they took you out to Starbucks or Panera to talk in more depth about the position. I recommend to ask questions so you know what you're getting into. I wish they would have been clear from the beginning that it is a door-to-door sales job. They have such great values (wanting growth, promoting those that actually work, etc). This isn't a bad company and I was so ready to say yes! And somehow through the conversation I found out it was door to door. I am 100% sure if I hadn't of asked, the guy wouldn't have said. They purposely keep that detail lowkey. I understand - it's not a ideal part of the job but if that's part of the job, people need to know. Everything else other than this was great and I really loved the people. I wasn't nervous once.
The third interview was brief, just to make sure you had no questions. They ask you to stay after the second interview is over and wait for this third one, where you are asked why you'd be a good fit and if you have any questions.
