I applied through a recruitment agency for a contract position. The interviewer rescheduled the interview at the very last second (when I was standing on the outside of their office). the second time I went in 90% of questions asked were technical (even though there was no mentioning of such degree of experience in the job post and I had stated right at the beginning of the interview what my area of expertise was). They had their own terminology to market terms which I find confusing and not helpful in an interview process. The interview was 30 minutes long but due to the level of technical terms asked I felt like I was giving an exam on finance and not a real interview.
Applied through agency, got invite for written assessment followed by interview with hiring manager. Written assessment was scenario based questions - they will give a situation and you need to determine what indicators are at play and if there was suspicious activity warranting further review.
