A recruiter contact me for an on-site interview. We meet at one of the TD branch. Afterwards, I was schedule for another on-site interview with a branch Assistant Manager located at the branch where I will be working at. The interview questions were the usual standard questions. It was a simple process.

HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.
