Very laid back, was an internal interview. Another factor is all about who you know and who is recommending you. As soon as I sat down, it was just a natural conversation. Crucial to be a teller first as it lays down the foundation. With proven success as a teller and pacing very high, it is easy for them to ask you about how you are going to hit your sales.

Awesome interview process, it was professional & courteous. The interview process is lengthy, but worth it in the end! I spend two years in this role and I loved it.
