I was invited to an interview for BM Assistant. During the first minutes I was asked why I applied if I don't meet the MF sale experience they need. I was confused because in the job description it was not indicated the sale experience is required and also, why did they contact me if my profile does not meet their requirements... At least they were honest it will be a no, so we stopped the interview and I din not spend my time.

Simple and straightforward. Do some market research on the branch that you’re applying to and talk to existing ABMs to understand the district priorities. Incorporate all that into your package.
