Applied through campus recruitment. I had 3 groups of interview within 2 hours. One is the AVP, one with two analysts and one with a senior manager. Interviewers are really nice and it is a relaxing and welcoming environment. When I was unsure about the technical questions, they were willing to give me some hints and lead me to the right track.
