First, I received an E-Mail asking me for a phone interview. I scheduled for the phone interview via E-Mail. I was invited for a face-to-face interview two days after the phone interview. Then I was invited for a second interview about a week later. I was given a job offer the same day I went for the second interview

Group interview that was comfortable and thorough. Primarily curious about your interest in the lab and your long term career goals. I got a chance to talk to all of the graduate students and got a better understanding of what their day to day looked like.

The interview process was very easy. It is probably different for every department on campus, but overall very straightforward. It helps to have connections with professors in the department. Overall an easy process and great job for any college student.
