I have been putting in applications to T-Mobile for almost six months. I received a call from the recruiter to schedule an interview a couple days away. I went to the interview, that was held at a local store. Upon arriving there was roughly 6 or 7 other people there also for an interview. First interview was with two store managers in the region. I got passed to the second interview with two completely different store managers. I successfully went through to a final interview with the district manager. I got a call that night that they chose me to go to the next level. I completed the third party vendor background check. I am now waiting for start date. Way to excited!! The hardest part is the waiting.

They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days. However, there was no indication in the application that they would specify this; otherwise, I wouldn't have applied. So, needless to say, I didn't get the job because I wasn't willing to compromise. I mean, if none of that matters to you, then I'm sure you can get the job.
