First I had an HR screening interview asking basic questions (why I was interested, why I was leaving my old job, and if I'd have any trouble getting a clearance). Next I had a phone interview asking more about my qualifications - basic interview questions. Last I had 3 video interviews with a peer, two supervisors, and a program director.

Phone Interview. Called by HR to set up a time to call in. Interview with Group Leader, Deputy Group Leader, and Senior Analyst. Very positive, conversational-type interview. Offered employment near the end of the phone call.
