      DO NOT DO THEIR CODING ASSIGNMENT. The company is fake it seems.... I had similar experience as mentioned in other interview review but I had doubts so I checked on Glassdoor and so my doubt was confirmed. They ask candidates to work on client projects in lieu of interview process and ask to deploy in their environment. When I looked at the assignment itself, I found it strange it contained multiple pages that were to be developed.... including login screens and couple of Dashboards....this was unusual since interview process does not require such long assignments. On top of that they mentioned that the project to be deployed on their machine once completed .... THIS WAS THE BIGGEST RED FLAG. When I asked the reason for this step .... I was provided with unsatisfactory answers and when I again asked the answers turned very weird. When I shared the previous review on WhatsApp with them and confronted on this.... I was immediately blocked. I emailed them as well .... informing about my suspicions and asking them to stop scamming innocent candidates who are already struggling and going through a lot. I have not received any reply on the email. Beware of such scammers.....

      Hello Candidate First of all the Company is not fake, we exist and we are running a successful business. On your experience with the Technical Assessment task, is due to various reasons. We relatively keep this task tough. So that we get to chose the most appropriate candidate. The task completed by you and submitted is something we delivered in 2022-23 to our client and the SaaS platform is running on Microsoft AppStore live in ASIA & MEA regions. We neither use codes from our candidates nor make the candidates work on our projects. That's totally a false allegation on your end. The same assessment was provided to several candidates and we hired the candidates whoever completed the project with standard coding, quality and timeline. on the communication protocol, we strictly do not engage with the candidates on any mode of communication other than emails, to avoid any sort influence or mislead. When we post the requirement, we usually get lot of calls on our office number and our generic emails published. We reach out to candidates after the first 3 levels of interviews, and if they are qualified. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Best of Luck
