The process was simple. Screening rounds followed by technical rounds. The best part is all rounds were conducted in the span of 1 month. I got impressed by the conduct of all the interviewed personnel, who were very polite, patient, and welcoming. The HR was following up every now and then, which I liked a lot. The interviewer was just analyzing how do I react to critical situations after all Project Management is all about project handling and engaging the stakeholders. The process was easy, you can easily clear the rounds and they offered me a decent salary and I have accepted it. Prior to Syren's offer, I had a decent offer from a service-based company. After accepting Syren's offer,I received an offer of 1.4X syren's offer from a product-based company that took 2 months to conduct the interview where interviewers weren't that of welcoming attitude and the HR ghosted between the rounds. So, I have spared it. Here, the glassdoor reviews are good and the environment also looks good to me (by the behavior of the personnel). If you are a FRESHER/Entry level candidate reading this bcoz there are no many interview reviews, then there might be a question in your mind, how will they treat you after joining. As of now, I gonna start with a positive note that everything will be good and if it isn't then I will strive hard to make it great and they will end up treating you well. I took a chance by sparing the product-based company, and I will prove to myself that my decision is correct. So, Don't worry I shall be there for you even if you fall into a different department.
