Very long, detailed and tough interview process. The company screens very well for AEs experienced with pipeline generation and those who can explain their sales process. Be prepared to take a deep dive into your work history, both successful and failed deals and demonstrate awareness of both your strenghts and weaknesses.

Great first interview with HR who was aware I knew senior leadership from my CX history but could see clearly I could do the role so put me through to the next stage confidently. I then had 3 interviews with the management which were mainly focussed on trying to pick holes in my CV rather than access my actual skill set for the sales role itself. After 30 years experience my CV is understandably long so I was amazed his focus was just on my movements between jobs rather than talking through how I work deals. The final of the three interviews focussed on asking me about what I look for in a manager which tells me they have clearly had problems with employees and I felt was a loaded question. I was then ghosted for a whole week by HR when I chased for some visibility on what the next stage looked like I was told they did not consider me suitable and wanted to focus on the other candidates moving forward. Waste of time. However now on reading the reviews (please filter the lowest ranking reviews to see the truth on this business) I think I have had a lucky escape. I cannot report to someone that should really be reporting to me. The insecurity of management was clear in the interviews and the qualities in a leader I relayed to them clearly they did not align with, which is likely to be the reason I was blocked from moving forward in the process.
