Very thorough and yet friendly. Wanted me to do well. There was the core interview with two people (diverse panel), followed by a meeting with two executive members. Those were less interview style and more an opportunity for me to get to know the organization and ask questions. I appreciated that my needs and interest in the company were equally important.
