Applied online and went through the initial phone screening. After the phone screening had an additional short interview with maybe a hiring manager from them with a week another final interview with the Contracts AD. All in all the whole thing took less than 3 weeks. The waiting for the offer letter to come in was long and tedious and you practically had to chance down the HR rep for an additional 2 weeks. They also tried to do a bait and switch on the salary and job title.
