Applied on the website, received an email from the recruiter. Setup a pre-screen call with the recruiter in about a week from applying. Call lasted about 30 mins or so. Had an in person interview with the recruiter and Compliance Lead for about 45 mins and then coffee with another member of a compliance team. Received an informal offer via email about a week later. Had a phone discussion about some terms of the offer and received formal couple days later. Entire process- from submitting an application to receiving an offer took less than a months and it was over Xmas and NY holidays. Overall very positive experience.
