Upon completing an application, a meeting was scheduled with the Director, who reviewed my resume for desired skills relevant to the job description.
Afterwards, I was asked to present standardized test scores (Praxis) and State Teaching credentials.

it was two virtual interviews about my background and how I would handle certain situations such as if a student struggles with reading how would you approach an assignment to make sure they are engaged with the question and also practices on their reading.
It was a virtual interview and I was given a Zoom link prior. The interview was professional and quick. The interview started immediately and lasted about 25 minutes. In addition, there was room for questions at the end.
It’s a list of questions that pertain to your educational experiences and professional experiences. It’s important to mention how you will ensure the kids are meeting their learning goals. It’s also good to think about how you will deal with time management, as kids learn at different paces and there are different needs.
