This was a basic interview by 2 actuary associates for a new position they were looking to fill from a local college (IPFW). The position was for an actuary intern for the spring semester. (Jan - May) The process was simple and they just flipped through a book of basic interview type questions. The ideal candidate would have 1 or 2 exams passed prior to interviewing process.
