First reach by hiring agencies, then interview with reporting manager. Questions asked were a little vague and subjective. Interviewer seemed to want the exact answer they had in mind even for real business cases

The interview was scheduled after a screening on call where basic details were asked following which the interview was quickly scheduled 2 days later. There were supposed to be 2 rounds of interviews.

Also some behavioural questions like - Explain a time where you had a conflict in your workplace and how you handled it

Extremely unprofessional company. The interview consisted of 8 rounds - 5 telephonic and 3 in person! And even after that, they just sent a lousy email saying we will not proceed further with the discussions. No feedback provided at all. Almost all the telephonic interviews were either delayed or rescheduled without any prior intimation. Even in the in-person interview, the hiring manager was constantly typing on his phone while I was giving my answer. If you are interviewing with Swiggy, be prepared for a long, arduous and stressful interview process
