Entrevista
The process straightforward, but definitely felt exhausting. The whole process took 3 weeks and 5 interviews plus 3 reference checks. They included screening, hiring manager, interview with case study (Head of KYC + peer), Head of Ops and HRBP round.
One positive point was when the HRBP interview couldn't happen because the interviewer was stuck in traffic and I received a call from her colleague to explain what happened right on time.
One negative point is the post-offer. After accepting it, company went fully silent for 2 weeks at least, despite follow-up, creating uncertainty throughout the candidate's journey.

Très professionnel et transparent. Les entretiens durent environ 45 minutes, se déroulent en anglais, et les interlocuteurs sont accueillants, bienveillants et mettent les candidats à l’aise rapidement durant l’échange, professionnellement.
