It was a very straight forward process, no games. I had an HR screen call, followed by an interview with the hiring manger. Very standard interview questions, no gimmicks. All was professional. After the interview it was about two weeks before a job offer was made.

Lots of interviews. Good feedback in the interviews. The process is a bit time consuming but thorough for both parties. Most interviews are with more than one individual who alternate questions.

The interviewer cancelled our first phone screen while I was waiting for him to join the Teams call. With no apology, we rescheduled.
