Invited for an initial telephone interview. Interviewer was friendly and the overall interview was a good experience. Reason for negative review is that I was told more interviews were taking place the next working day. When I emailed the internal recruiter asking for an update they accidentally replied directly to me instead of forwarding their query to the hiring manager which was "did you want me to tell her she wasn't successful". Although apologising for the error when I responded it wasn't very professional. The recruiter then went on to explain that the manager had already told them the same day as my telephone interview that was already unsuccessful despite there being another day of interviews to go - probably not something appropriate to share with me. When asking for feedback I received it a day later than was promised and it was just vague "not strong enough answers" response. Very disappointed with my experience with the company given their accolades as an employer.
