The interview process was first an online application. This then lead to a phone interview which involved answering few questions, that were both technical and experience related. They were pretty straightforward.

One phone screening with the recruiter, one call with trader. First screening was around a half hour, trader conversation was around one hour with behavioral questions and a technical component.
