Lengthy process with delayed interviews that finally resulted in ghosting as there was a disconnect among the founders. Internal policy is to higher people they have only met in person. However once pressed to fly me in for the last interview they have disappeared. It could be anticipated there's not a lot of value proposition or just plainly rude. Incredibly unprofessional.
