      Entrevista

The interview process the company has set up is horrific. Jerking somebody around for so many interviews, all of which ask the same lazy questions, without discussing the position itself is a waste of everybody's time. Essentially none of the questions had anything to do with the job. There is also an unhealthy obsession with trivial things like SAT scores and what people were like in high school. I don't see how that matters if you are 25. Making matters worse, no constructive feedback pertaining to any concerns about my resume or how I was doing throughout the process was provided. It creates the false impression that everything is well, and then when you receive a superficial and insincere rejection template, it's baffling. You shouldn't leave people in the dark; it's not right to treat others like cattle. There should be a human element to this. I know the company and the CEO have a big ego, but contrary to the mawkish platitudes posted on the website, Supplyhouse needs humility. It has an unearned sense of moral superiority. Of course, an email like this will go left unnoticed because it actually offers constructive criticism. Only when the bottom line is severely impacted will the company rethink how you treat applicants. I hope the company doesn't provide an apathetic response to this review such as "Thank you for your concern. We understand. We're trying our best." I would appreciate it if I could be spared of the garbage.

I was called for four very repetitive interviews, with each person asking how well I did on my SATs while I was 10 years out of high school. They really weren't sure what they were looking for in the position
