Process is good, some tricky questions involved but obviously to see if you’re best suited for the role. Some employees involved in the process really make an effort to make sure you’re comfortable and ease your nerves. It’s not a requirement I suppose but it’s refreshing to know that someone is looking out for you whether you tank the interview or not.
