Entrevista
I received a fairly extensive phone interview with someone from human resources detailing my experience, background and education as well as what I expected to contribute and receive from my experience as an intern. Once that process was completed a time was set up for another phone interview with the CEO, who then offered me an internship in the department she felt best fit my experience and her needs.

Entrevista
I applied through my university's Career Center in the NACElink Network. It took 1 week before I received an email to schedule a 30 minute Skype video interview with the HR recruiter. I did the Skype interview on my laptop. The interview was legit meaning he/she is who he/she says he/she is because I had some doubts about this non-profit organization. The interview questions were easy. The interviewer was very friendly, and I didn't feel nervous.
Questions:
- Tell me about yourself.
- What have you been doing the past two years?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- What makes you want to apply at Super Interns?
- What is something you went above and beyond? (something like that)
- Why did you apply for this particular internship (related to field you chose)?
- What do you like to do for fun?
- Do you have work experience and tell me what you did? (I didn't have any, so it was okay.)
- Other questions relating to your resume.
Tips:
- Make sure your top is professional. You don't need to wear slacks or a skirt because your webcam can only see your chest and face.
- Close your window to reduce noise.
