The interview/hiring process consisted of an initial screening followed by a formal interview with supervisors. During the interview, I was asked about my background, experience working with diverse populations, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple responsibilities, and approach to client advocacy and care coordination. I was also asked situational questions to assess my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work within an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The process was professional, conversational, and focused on evaluating both my technical skills and my ability to build rapport with clients.
