Got interviewed at their Gurgaon office. I applied through a consultant. I had 3 rounds of F2F and one round of telephonic. Sequence was F2F --> F2F --> Telephonic --> F2F Kept getting mixed messages till the end. One interviewer later spoke over phone and said that it was through while the HR communicated to the consultant that I was on wait-list. There was no clarity from beginning on how many rounds of interview there will be. The second and third F2F ones were also scheduled after bit of back and forth. Overall a frustrating experience. The interviewers were good and I enjoyed my interaction with them but the process was painful and frustrating due to lack of clarity from the beginning. After the final F2F, I was told that I lacked the necessary domain experience. But then that leads me to question - why waste anyones time when you knew that from beginning that the candidate comes from a non-insurance domain background.
