Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Sumo Digital
Entrevista
Actually 2 different interviews with a 3 year gap between at 2 different sumo studios for 2 different positions. Same experience for both, really good positive sounding interview and told I would hear back the next week and then nothing even after chase up emails. I get that you have a lot of applicants, but even a standard response template is better than never replying to people. Turns out both times I received a better offer from another studio a couple of weeks later.

Entrevista
After applying I was invited to a meeting with lead artist and lead env. artist, and before that I was asked to fill in an form and sign an NDA. the video call went pretty well and chill, or I thought, wasn't super formal, got some information about the current project and what my role would be, asked about my current position and how I approach things. At the end I was told that I would hear back from them in 1-2 weeks. However after 2 weeks, I heard nothing from them so I sent an email asking what is the status of my application, the HR person replied by saying she would ask the team to find out what process I am at with the studio. Ok, I wait another week without any updates so I send an email again, and again I get a reply apologizing and saying she would email the team for me to see where the process is. After that nothing so I gave up. I would say very unprofessional behaviour.
