Such a positive interview experience! I applied online, received an email the next day from the Director of Recruitment to schedule a FaceTime interview. I felt super comfortable with the interviewer and my nerves quickly went away. He asked me a few really fun questions that made the interview into conversation, and I think it was to get a vibe off my personality which I really enjoyed and appreciated! He did ask some of your normal interview questions as well, just be confident in your answers and have a positive energy. He told me on the spot that he would like to arrange an in person interview with one of the managers at the location I was interested in, and he would have her contact me. She emailed me, was super sweet and cool and I squeezed in an interview the next day! The moment I walked in I got such a great energy from the store, I applied for a few other places and did not feel the same vibe there as I did here. We sat down and honestly I felt like I was having a conversation with a friend, she looked over my resume, she liked what she saw, and asked a bit about my last job. She asked if I was comfortable doing Brazilians, she asked if I was comfortable standing for long hours in a day, and she told me a little bit about herself and her story with the company! After she was like, wanna see the sugar? And of course I was like duh! She gave me her card told me to text or email her for any questions and gave me a hug goodbye. I got an email from director of recruitment shortly with a short questionnaire to email him back with, an hour or two later I got a call back saying I got the job! I was so excited and so happy, I can’t wait to start my journey!
