The interview process wasn't clear to the candidates from the onset. It was 4 levels 1st round was with the HR Director 2nd &3rd were done on the same day (2 interviews with different interviewers) on the same day. 4th interview was done by a different panel. Just when I thought it was over,I got surprised with a final invite. The 5th interview was case study presentation.
