Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

I sat down and the manager spoke to me about what my responsibilities would be as an employee at Subway. I was asked about my availability. I told them because of school, I would be able to start work around 4. I was then asked when I could start, I said as soon as possible. They told me the starting pay was 8 an hour and I thanked them.

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
