Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Very laid back. No questions that caught me off guard or that I didn't feel prepared for. Seemed more like they were just trying to make sure I was just a level headed person that was suitable for a work environment that involved much of your time communicating with not only your co-workers but also the customers. Probably took no more than 10 - 15 minutes

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
