I submitted my CV online to subway and was called the next day by the store manager for an interview. The following day I had an interview which was very relaxed. It was calm and I had a chance to fully answer every question. I got told at the end of the interview that I had the job right away. I then got asked to come in the next weekend to get my training. Overall it lasted about half an hour and was very relaxed. There was no pressure.
