The interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The HR representative seemed completely uninterested, almost as if they couldn’t care less about speaking to an engineer. They were dismissive and lacked basic respect. Throughout the conversation, there was an undeniable tone of condescension, which made me feel undervalued and ignored. It honestly felt like they hated their job or, at the very least, had no interest in helping or engaging in a meaningful way. For a company that's looking to hire talent, this experience left me questioning their commitment to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for their employees.
