I first met with HR. Then, I had 3 more rounds; technical, culture w/ to-be manager, then another technical/culture with an architect and the COO. Then I received a phone call that day with an offer.

Technical: why do we use scopes, what is a ui policy, navigate and describe *this* business rule etc.
Culture: describe a time you disagreed with a superior or client and how'd you handle it, what is something you're proud of etc.
