Initially had a phone screen from the recruiting company that consisted of basic questions such as, clean driving record, previous salary, etc. The only interview type questions they asked were what my current sales day is like and how I went about the sales process. Meeting with the DM for Strativa was a more polished interview. First we dissected my resume, and you can expect them to ask how long it took you to graduate college. Next came a series of STAR questions, as long as you can remember sales you've made and lost this should be easy (in other words, review/make a brag book). I was advanced to the second and final round of face to face interviews, and I was one of two candidates left. You will have to take a personality test, that will generate a list of specific STAR questions based on your answers. These questions are a bit trickier than the standard STAR questions. After the STAR questions, it was a pretty informal interviewing, just describing job duties, training and expectations. I didn't receive a job offer because the other candidate had more experience than me, but it was a great experience and Strativa is a company I would want to work for any day.
