I was initially approached by a recruiter for a General Associate position. After further discussion, it seemed as if they were taking some liberties in my resume in order to fit the needs of the contract that they were trying to fill. I had phone and email discussions before my face-to-face interview at their building near the Navy Yard. I also met the person who would be my direct supervisor and he asked some questions as well.

I received a phone call from the HR representative and he set up an in person interview within a couple of days. I arrived as scheduled and was promptly greeted by HR who escorted me to a meeting room where I interviewed with the person for whom I would be working, HR, and a senior owner of the company. After the interview was complete, I was escorted by HR back out to the elevator. Professional, courteous staff.
