Entrevista
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Had a phone interview with the recruiter to discuss my background. Had a video interview with a manager to discuss my background and understand more about the role. From there, I was invited to an on site interview. First 30 minutes consisted of a simple Excel test. The next hour was an interview with a director and senior consultant where we discussed the Excel test and my thought process around determining the answers. The following hour was an interview with two project owners. The last 30 minutes was a touch base with the manager from my video interview to discuss how I felt about the role, company, etc. and if I had any additional questions. From there, she gave me a tour of the office. A week after my on site interview, I had a 30 minute call with the VP of People. I received an offer that day. A few weeks after I had a 30 minute call with the CEO.

Extensive interview process. 2 Phone screenings, in person interview with 4 team members, 3 more phone conversations, 2 of which were with executives (VP client services and CEO). Get the sense they are really focusing on finding the right people that fit their culture and I appreciated that very much, despite the lengthy process.
