The interview was carried out very professionally by the HR Manager, Project Director and a Higher Management. They briefed you in details in the job descriptions and expectations. They're also open to questions. One of the best interview atmosphere I ever have. Better than many large companies.

Technical questions on your knowledge related to your position you applied for e.g. how are you going to perform in the new roles e.g. you may know how to design on top of just construction works. also you may have more relevant skills like B.I.M, Green Mark and etc in your related field.
