First interview is over the phone. Then second a series of face to face interviews with department managers and possible Owners of the company. Also have to take online personality test that is 160 questions. Business formal dress code.

You won't leave this interview process without learning something about yourself, and what you can do to continue to perfect your craft. I left more motivated and determined than I was before the interview. They have a way with motivation, honesty and the ability to pull out the gold in people.
