Absolutely Horrible. After completing the application homework and waiting, I received an email that I was to move on to the Pinterest board homework and a virtual interview. I completed it and sent it over and then came time for my interview. First of all their blue jeans site thst they use to interview kept crashing. I had to keep exiting out and re-joining the interview which made my interview choppy and seemed extremely unprofessional even though it wasn’t my fault. There were two condescending women “conducting” the interview. They never asked me one quotation about ME or my resume or cover letter. They never write anything down. I feel as if they already knew I was not going to move to the next round as soon as the interview started. I was asked if I would be willing to quit my full time job I have now in order to work 15 hours with their company! When I said I was not able to, their demeanor changed. I knew then that I did not get the job. I started reading horror stories on here about how bad this job is and the management and I’m SO HAPPY I did not receive an offer. Please do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere. They do not care about fashion. I said I would style a woman with a boatneck style shirt and they didn’t know what that was! I understand now the high turnover rate.
