Phone interview first - very standard. In-person interview a week later that started with a half-hour shadow of a current employee followed by an interview by two Leads. Shadow employee was friendly, but the Leads conducting the interview were not engaging at all. The whole office was very sterile and machine-like. Very little time is spent on email correspondence with clients because everything is basically automated. During the interview, I was asked to listen to a pre-recorded phone conversation between an Agent and client. It was painful to listen to because the Agent did so poorly handling a basic complaint. I think it was obvious that I did not want to work there, and the interviewers picked up on it. I was not offered the position.

There was 30-minute phone interview and then an in-office interview where you shadow a current employee for 30 minutes then speak with 1-2 managers for 30 minutes. They ask you the average interview questions. You listen to a pre-recorded call and suggest improvements. Lastly, you respond to a fake email. The shadowing was fun for me, because it was very natural and communicative. The one-on-one interview was weird because of how scripted and robotic it was.

Entrevista
I applied online and received an email a few days later asking to do a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty basic and was mainly them giving me information. After that, I was asked to come in for a 1-2 hour interview. In this interview, I shadowed someone for 30 minutes and met with two people for about an hour. In that, I listened to a phone call that I had to analyze and then responded to a hypothetical email. All in all, pretty easy!
